What Reynolds Traffic Records Show

Plead and Pay works best when the ticket or case number is known. Case.net can be used when only a name is known, but name searches can produce statewide false matches. Narrow to Reynolds County or the relevant court when possible.

The court traffic file and the state driver record answer different questions. The court file shows what happened in the ticket case. Points and Reinstatement
DOR reinstatement guidance says eight points in 18 months causes a suspension: 30 days for a first suspension, 60 days for a second, and 90 days for a third. Twelve points in 12 months, 18 points in 24 months, or 24 points in 36 months results in a one-year revocation. After revocation, the driver must retake the complete driver exam.

Traffic Crash Reports
Crash reports are separate from traffic court records and driver records. The MSHP crash report request page states that a basic motor-vehicle crash report costs $6.00 and that official reports for crashes in 1997 or later may be requested from the troop or Patrol Records Division after waiting 10 days from the crash investigation. Cash is not accepted; check or money order should be payable to DPS - Missouri State Highway Patrol.
